1. Cancellation Policy
Since CornerClub serves as a platform for various event organizers, cancellation policies may vary from
event to event.
However, the general cancellation terms are as follows:
- Tickets can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the event start time, unless specified otherwise by
the event organizer.
- Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the event are generally not eligible for a refund.
- To cancel a ticket, please contact our support team at cornerclubinn@gmail.com with your Booking ID.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of the cancellation
approval.
- Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled by the organizer or CornerClub, a full
refund will be issued to all attendees.
- Event Postponement: If an event is postponed, your ticket will be valid for the new
date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the
announcement.
- Processing Fees: Please note that platform fees and payment gateway charges (if
any) are non-refundable.
